Big Roster Update 4.00 updates all teams in all leagues in FIFA 2004. It also updates some 2nd division teams which could be promoted at the end of the season. This patch also adds some important teams that were missing in the game: Besiktas, Fenerbahce, AEK Athens, Lokomotiv Moscow, Spartak Moscow, Dynamo Kiev, Levski Sofia, Partizan Belgrade.
